American Ipecac (Potted)

American Ipecac is a refined native woodland perennial valued for its delicate white blooms, graceful form, and reliable seasonal interest. Offered as potted stock grown in root-prune pouches, it can be planted through the growing season when conditions allow, making it well suited for woodland borders, shaded gardens, and pollinator-focused plantings.

Botanically known as Gillenia stipulata (also listed as Porteranthus stipulatus), this native species produces star-shaped white flowers in late spring, followed by distinctive seed capsules and red to bronze fall color.
