Corylus avellana
These are hazelnut trees grown from seeds of the Eastern Filbert Blight-resistant European hazelnut Yamhill. Produces large amounts of medium-sized nuts with excellent kernel quality and early ripening. Blight resistance is not guaranteed through a seedling. Can be grown as an abundant food source for people and wildlife. Can be grown as a multi-stemmed compact shrub or pruned to a small single leader tree. Plant at least two for pollination.
