Asclepias tuberosa
A member of the milkweed genus, this is a favorite among many species of butterflies and is host to Monarch and Queen caterpillars. The vibrant clusters of small orange flowers have a particularly long bloom time, often beginning in June and ending in late August. A great choice to add variety in height and color in your pollinator garden.
